Health & Safety

E & H work under both SMAS & CHAS accreditations. We use external Health & safety advisers CQMS who assist with regular site audits, producing report that are then submitted to our customers.

Our supervisors are also responsible for carrying out monthly audits of operations specific to our works. E & H aim to complete works in line with programmes, and with zero incidents.

Quality Control

E & H Drylining ensure all works are snagged and monitored at each stage of the build. Once site have completed 2nd fix works, the unit will be snagged & marked under torchlight prior to patching works taking place.

E & H Drylining have also produced a Drylining manual, in conjunction with British Gypsum that highlights correct installation of works, in line with the latest NHBC requirements. We regularly inform our operatives of any changes to the NHBC requirements, as it is extremely important to provide a high level of service to our customers.

Customer Care

In order to provide the aftercare to our customers we have an in-house customer care manager who manages 3 designated customer care operatives.

We are well aware of the importance of providing a prompt professional service & we put great emphasis on trying to exceed our customers’ expectations.
